Evaluation Process

Roles are evaluated through a structured evidence capture process, completed by a designated evaluator. Responses are scored against defined dimensions, reviewed independently, and approved by a nominated Super User. Once an evaluation starts, the role data is locked, and if an evaluation is rejected, it must be restarted in full.

Audit Trail

Every input, score, review decision, and outcome is logged. Reports can be generated to show how a role was evaluated and how final outcomes were reached.
